To reason; to write; to resonate
The phrase, “a different language; a different vision,” is translated from a quote by an Italian film director. It is a motto I have been sticking to on my journey of teaching writing.
The appeal of exploring the topics of language uses and communication modes has led to kaleidoscopic ways of defining “writing”. I consider that writing involves reasoning, ending with resonating. Through the logical moves a writer structures, a reader gets to visualize the feelings, therefore empathizing with the written works.
Being immersed beneath the ocean of linguistic knowledge brings me the panorama that fascinates me all the time; embarking on the journey of teaching writing has offered me another vision.
